Forums

Welcome to the forums!

Visit the forums if you already have a Windows Live ID or have signed on to the forums before. If you don't have a Windows Live ID, follow the instructions below...

Before you proceed, let's give you a little heads up on how our forums work. The forums are tied to your Windows Live ID, which you can get from a variety of sources. If you have played a Games for Windows – LIVE game online, and thus already have an online profile, then you can use those login credentials on these forums, and your gamertag will be the name seen when you post. This allows you to build (or lose) a reputation on the forums as well as in-game, so post accordingly! On that topic, if you have a personal gripe with anyone on these forums, please resolve it with a healthy bit of fragging of the opposition in the game, and not by bringing flame wars into the community.

Having an online Games for Windows – LIVE profile isn’t the only way you might have a Windows Live ID. If you have any of the following e-mail addresses or use the following services, you already have one:

E-mail addresses:
• @msn.com
• @live.com
• @hotmail.com

Products/Services:
• Windows Live Messenger account
• msn.com account (Autos, Money, MSN Games, Spaces, etc.)
• live.com account (LIVE Mobile, OneCare, etc)
• Xbox Live account (sign-in you use on your Xbox 360)
• Microsoft Zune account

If none of this applies to you, then you can sign up here to get a Windows Live ID.

Before You Post

So, you think you’re ready to make your first post?  Good! We look forward to hearing what you have to say.  However, before you do, please review the following guidelines which govern your postings here: Code of Conduct

You will also find a quick post of expectations for posting on our forums in the Announcement section.

Goals

These forums should provide Games for Windows – LIVE users with a place to communicate, and discuss topics of interest relating to the titles and the service itself.  They are not the proper place to make bug reports relating to specific titles.  Please direct issues with specific titles to the publishers themselves (as they are better equipped to address those issues.)
